Its location is comfortable just off Yokohama port as well as Yamashita Park, train station, food outlets, shopping and China town. I enjoyed very efficient and attentive personnel that ensures guests have a real good stay.

Convenient location near Osanbashi pier, Yamashita park, and China Town. Airport Limo bus stop close by. Handy phone provided without international data roaming. Pyjamas, kettle, and other amenities supplied. Flashlight and charging feature by bed.

Nice stop before last night before Haneda departure. Price to extend checkout was reasonable.
Non-smoking room smelled of smoke, but fortunately I was able to open the window.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free internet (although not wi- fi). Location was lovely, right on the bay. Room was a good size. Tea making facilities.
My only complaint was the rooms weren't very soundproof. We could hear people next door and walking around above.

During our Easter stay, we thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome and friendly staff at the hotel. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's location near the harbor was a major plus, as it offered stunning views of the waterfront and easy access to nearby attractions.
There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the language barrier was a bit challenging, as some of the staff had limited English skills.
